Lets Talk Hair Care …

Hello angels !

So tonight I wanted to sit down and talk about something that I feel is important to everyone, correct me if I’m wrong but this would be Hair Care.

There are so many hair care products out there for us to try and sometimes it can be hard trying to find the right one so most of the time its just trial and error? I don’t think that’s the saying is it haha!

I’m gonna go straight from the beginning with shampoo and conditioner. I have been using these two since they came out and I don’t think I will be changing anytime soon. Please welcome if you haven’t already met Garnier Ultimate Blends ‘The delicate soother.

I literally love everything about this, from the smell to the way it makes my hair feel afterwards. ‘Rice cream and oat milk’ are the main components to this shampoo and conditioner. My hair has never felt more healthy and shiny since using this and I would definitely say this is my holy grail shampoo and conditioner…If anyone else has used this I’m sure you will feel the same – So I literally wash my hair twice with the shampoo, once to just get the dirt out and twice to cleanse and soothe my hair. Then I go ahead with the conditioner and I work this from mid lengths all the way down to the ends of my hair.

Now I don’t use this one all the time but I wanted to add it in because I do use this once or maybe twice a week to give my hair an extra treat. TRESemme Keratin Smooth Deep Treatment £5.78. I find this to be quite a thick mask which I love. I take a generous amount and smooth this all over my hair, focusing more on the ends again. I leave this in for a couple of minutes and then I wash it out and this just adds to the effect of having silky smooth healthy looking hair which is what we all would like, right?

And then I use one of two things, its either or, I don’t use both at the same time. These are both from the Lee Stafford range and its the Argan oil from Morocco Night Repair Serum £12.99 or Miracle Heat Defence Spray £10.99. Now with Heat defence spray like most people I only normally use this if I’m going to be blow drying my hair or if I’m going to be using any type of heat on my hair. So ill just towel dry my hair, spritz this all over and then go ahead and blow dry, I do this with my head upside down to give my hair the extra lift and volume as I do have quite thin hair so I find this really helps with volume.

If I don’t use this and I’m letting my hair air dry then I will use the Night repair serum. It basically says to use this before you go to bed when your away from the environment so your hair can absorb the lotion and get to work and makes your hair feel regenerated, nourished and protected. So I wait until my hair is dry and then I put an olive size pump into my hands and then work this through the mid lengths and ends of my hair again. This really does make my hair feel amazing guys I was seriously impressed with this product and can I just say the smell of these are incredible. I really feel like this works and it isn’t a product that leaves residue on your hair it literally absorbs everything and make your hair feel amazing. Also I just want to add that I use the Night repair serum at least 3 times a week.

Lastly I have the Miracle Recharge Conditioning spray £4.69. This is basically a leave in conditioner for hair on the dry side. Which I’m going to say that my hair isn’t in that condition any more but I did find that when I was using this it really helped. I’m not too keen on the smell of this one but I do think it works, I just stopped using it because I wanted something that smelt nice that’s stupid right? This contains ‘Australian Macadamia Nut Oil’ and ‘Panthenol aka the beauty vitamin’

These are just what I use whenever I wash my hair and I feel like they work for me and I love how they make my hair feel so I would definitely repurchase everything apart from the Miracle Recharge spray only due to the fact I don’t like the smell Jheeze I feel so shallow!

I would love to know what you guys use on your hair and if you have any recommendations for me to try I would love to hear from you.
