Birchbox – August Review

Hey beauts,

Hope your all well … Its that time of the month again eek!

In this months Birchbox I wasn’t too excited about the products that were inside it but none the less I wasn’t overly disappointed…so let me show you what was inside!

I’m going to talk about the item I was most exited about and that was the Spectrum Brush! It was out of two different colour and as you can see, I chose the green with the pink and purple bristles! super cute! .. I don’t know how much the brush itself costs but it says that for the set it retails from £59.99 – It is such a soft brush it literally feels amazing on the skin, I used this to apply my bronzer and it goes on like a dream!

One and Done shadow stick in the shade Out Of Your Shell £8 – Now I didn’t get the full benefit of this product and the lid was stuck on really tight, when I got it off it snapped the top (I nearly cried a little ha!) It says it gives up to 11 hours of creaseless, waterproof colour and it says you don’t need to use any brushes, blenders or primers. Its a very pretty light nude colour but I don’t know how I’m going to use it as there isn’t much product left and I’m not too sure if I can roll it up! We shall see!

Sugar Texturizing Spray – Number 4 £20 – Again, I haven’t used this yet but I’m excited to! It smells incredible, more like a perfume. Its formulated with sugar cane and creates loose, shiny waves without leaving your hair feeling crunchy. It also claims that it keeps the style through humidity and heat…you can use this on dry or damp hair… cannot wait to try this to see if it actually creates cute waves! If it does I will definitely do another blog on this!

Antibacterial Hand Cleansing Gel – Merci Handy £2.90 – I wasn’t excited about this one I’m not gonna lie! I already got one of these when I was subscribed to Glossybox in the lime scent and I haven’t used it as I’m using the Soap and Glory hand sanitizer at the moment. It basically does what every hand cleansing gel does so its self explanatory!

Supernature Cream – Huygens £25 – This is a moisturiser packed with organic rose water to boost circulation and soothes redness, it claims to naturally smooth away dead skin for instant radiance – I will give this a go but I don’t like the smell at all, it smells like the dentist and that is the worst place for me ever! Haha… But yeah I will still give this a go and see what its like and how it leaves my skin feeling!

So that is everything that I got in my Birchbox this month…I’m hoping next months is a little better!

If you guys have tried any of the products please comment below and let me know what you all think!

Thanks so much for reading angels and ill speak to you all very soon ♥

    1. I really do think that it’s worth it 😊 maybe google all the different subscription boxes because there’s quite a few out there and see what one tickles ya fancy 😁 personally I do love birchbox it’s not expensive at all and I love most of the things I get in there every month. If it’s not birchbox you subscribe to, I definitely recommend looking into them!! Xx
