You come home from work, its been a stressful day, your whole body aches and your face feels like a dried up prune, so you run yourself a hot bubble bath and pour out your favourite drink to indulge whilst you relax in your favourite bath soak, dimmed lights, tranquil music playing, you’ve been in there quite a while now your starting to shrivel up so you get out put your favourite cosy pyjamas on…and then in the corner of your eye you see the Garnier SkinActive sheet masks sitting on the shelf…and now you ask yourself….Which one????
Hyaluron Shot, Fresh-Mix Tissue Mask.
- Re-plumps + smoothes skin.
- Hyaluronic acid.
- Hydrating formula.
- Supple + softer skin.
Benefits Of Hyaluronic Acid.
- Soothe redness + dermatitis.
- Reduce appearance of fine lines + wrinkles.
- Plumps skin.
- Helps with visible signs of aging.
- Increases skin moisture levels.
This is a DIY face mask, at the top of the pack you have the dry algae tissue mask, in the bottom half you have the Hyaluronic acid which has the quantity of 1 bottle of serum. I really like the idea that you mix this yourself, all you have to do is push the liquid from the bottom half up into the top bit to soak the tissue mask, it then goes to a gel consistency like a normal sheet mask and wahlah! Its ready to go!. It’s aim is to re-plump your skin with moisture leaving your skin supple and softer. It advises you to leave it on for 15 minutes and massage any left over product into the skin.
This mask retails for £3.99 and you can pretty much get it from any drugstore. Mine was from boots and these were both in my stocking filler for Christmas which I’m super grateful for.
Ultra Lift Tissue Mask.
- Smoothing + firming.
- Grape seed extract.
- Radiance boosting.
- Hyaluronic acid.
Benefits of Grape Seed Extract.
- Rich in antioxidants.
- Good for tissue damage, inflammation.
- May improve collagen levels.
- Smoothes out fine lines + wrinkles.
- Can treat acne related blemishes.
- Contains vitamin E.
This mask already has the Grape seed extract and the Hyaluronic acid soaked into the tissue mask for you. This mask is inspired by Asian trend that are infused with both of the ingredients I mentioned above which helps to leave skin feeling firmer and smoother. I personally feel like its a really good idea to start looking after your skin while your young, so using things for anti-aging I don’t feel is an issue. It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin which is great so anybody can use it. It claims to leave your skin feeling smooth, re-plumped and leave your skin looking radiant. It does advise again to leave this on for 15 minutes and massage any left over product into your skin.
If you have the Ultra-lift day and night cream, it does recommend to use that afterwards. This mask retails for £3.99. Both of the tissue masks are reasonably priced especially for really good ones.
So, which one would you choose?
If you have used either of these, let me know your thoughts =)
